Below is the design process I've followed with Recruitline.
01
Initial Talks
this process started with a meeting with the CEO of Recruitline, where I explained timelines and what I would need from them and what they would get from me in return
02
Initial Research
I don't know much about the world of recruiting, so Nathan, the CEO was kind enought to send me a package over of what he does, some common terms and what fields they work in, I in return started deconstructing his competitions designs and started researching PAIN POINTS of his target audiance
03
Refined Meeting
I then collated everything we had, found and moodboarded 3 design directions we could choose to solve our TA's pain points, whilestanding out in the recruiting space, without going so far as to no longer say recruiting
04
Current stage
I am now in the ideation /development faze, creating pitch decks and then tweaking them after client feedback
